This book describes that first stage of the research, namely, how each one of the public consultations was carried out in the different countries, as well as providing data on the pilot consultation held in Barcelona, six months prior to the main consultations. The pilot consultation allowed the consortium members to identify what issues and considerations should be taken into account when organising and holding the public consultations per se. The book includes scripts used in the consultation activities and consent documents.
