On December 4th, 5th and 7th, the 9th Edition of the “Congreso Internacional Latina de Comunicación Social” (9th CILCS) was held at the University of La Laguna (Tenerife) with the general theme of “The end of a policy model” and the hashtag # 9CILCS. From November 22 to 25, the 6th Congress of Social Communication of Science (CCSC2017) was held under the slogan “Culture and Science. Old challenges, new media “, jointly organized by the University of Córdoba and the Spanish Association of Scientific Communication (AECC). The congress included posters, presentations and communications on the communication of science and welcomed more than 385 attendees.
